Team members include box office managers, system administrators, IT administrators, seasoned enterprise software developers venue executives, and development and marketing professionals.

Kevin Kimsa co-founded AudienceView in 2002, after the successful conclusion to his first venture, Solect Technology Group. Solect was an IP Billing software company, targeting the telecommunications and mobility market from 1993 until 2000. Kevin served as President and COO of Solect until its acquisition in April 2000 by Amdocs Inc. for $1.2 Billion. Kevin and the Solect management team completed 4 rounds of financing with a mixture of venture capitalists and strategic investors, including notable organizations Technology Crossover Ventures, SAIC/Telcordia, Bain Capital, British Telecom and Nokia.
Kevin was also the Founder and President of Casero Inc., a software company providing a suite of Web 2.0 applications to the Broadband market. Notable customers included British Telecom, Comcast and Bell Canada. Casero was acquired by Radialpoint Inc. in February 2009.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo, where he majored in Computer Science and Statistics.
Kevin was a 2002 recipient of Canada's Top 40 Under 40 Award and is a Board member of Toronto East General Hospital, and the Centre for Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology, University of Waterloo (Advisory Board).
Previous Board seats include: The Canadian Stage Company, Variety Village Children’s Charity, Ottawa Renegade Football Club, and 'Cottage Dreams' Cancer Recovery.
Kevin has been a part owner in the Ottawa Renegade Football Club of the CFL and 3 National Lacrosse teams of the NLL.

Geoff Wells brings to AudienceView 12+ years experience in the Internet and enterprise technology marketplace.
Geoff began his career in technology with the Royal Bank of Canada working to develop their point of sale transaction management systems. He has since developed a strong background in technology startups including Toronto's Sitraka (formally KL Group). Most recently, Geoff was involved with the rapid growth of Solect Technology Group, participating in all aspects of the company business where he held senior roles in Software Development, Professional Services as well as Sales.
Geoff studied at the University of Waterloo majoring in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.

As Vice President, Finance, Richard Rivard is responsible for all corporate finance, legal and administrative operations at AudienceView. Richard has been with the company for over three years. Prior to joining AudienceView, Richard maintained managerial roles at CGI Group, IBM Canada and at a management consulting firm in Toronto. Richard holds an HBA degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Certified Management Accountant designation.

Jeff Koets brings more than 15 years of box office management, IT, sales, marketing, web development and arts administration experience to AudienceView. He was among the early employees at the company, helping to shape the application, while being actively involved in sales and e-communications.
Jeff was one of AudienceView's first clients when he worked as Ticketing Services and IT Manager at Lorraine Kimsa Theatre for Young People in Toronto. He has been actively involved with the Ontario Professional Ticketing Association, having served two terms as President, as well as being the webmaster and a member of the executive committee. He also ran his own web development company building web sites for not for profit entertainment organizations.
Jeff holds a first class honours degree in Theatre and Dramatic Literature from Brock University.

Gregory brings to AudienceView over 8 years of experience in software and information technology, including ticketing, pharmaceutical CRM, and eHealth.
His experience spans North and South America, Europe and Asia. Gregory has held various positions with Bayer Healthcare and Telus Health, developing applications and products for health and insurance organizations.
Gregory is a certified Project Management Professional in good standing, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Entrepreneurial Management.
