When is it being held?

The AVConnect Forum will run all day Friday January 29th with a spectacular evening event to follow.

What should my travel arrangements be?

If you are attending INTIX, which runs Tuesday January 26 to 28, and plan to attend AVConnect, then you should book your return flight for Saturday January 30th, or you may decide to take advantage of spending a wonderful weekend exploring the city of Toronto, and book your return flight for Sunday January 31st.

Where does it take place?

All daytime sessions will take place at 1 King West, a historic venue in the heart of downtown Toronto. A social event will follow at contemporary art gallery Thrush Holmes Empire, in the Queen West arts district.

What is INTIX?

The INTIX annual conference is designed for anyone directly or indirectly involved in ticketing the arts, theatre, professional sports, college athletics, arenas, distribution, and entertainment management. Over 1,000 conference attendees represent the broadest range of those working in single ticket sales, subscription and group sales, marketing, ticket operations and technology, finance and revenue management, development, and patron services. This three-day event includes a comprehensive program of issue-driven workshops, professional presentations by industry leaders, and the INTIX Exhibition — your best source for ticketing products and services.

How much does it cost to attend AVConnect?

There is no cost to attend the AVConnect forum.

What is a User Forum?

A User Forum is an event hosted by AudienceView for its customers. There will be a series of sessions held throughout the day where you will hear from AudienceView product and industry experts on our system's features and enhancements, as well as AudienceView customers. This forum will provide you with the opportunity to network and share ideas with your peers.

Who should attend?

Anyone involved with ticket operations, sales and marketing managers, subscription and group sales, finance and venue management.

Why should I go?

The forum sessions will provide an opportunity to learn more about the AudienceView ticketing system and how to utilize some of the tools and new features to push out successful sales and marketing programs and stay in touch with your loyal patrons. It's a great chance to meet AudienceView industry experts and staff, and a wonderful opportunity to share information with like-minded system users and industry peers.

How do I register for AVConnect?

Registration is now open and will run through January 15. You can register now.

Where should I stay?

The INTIX event will be held at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Toronto, where they have reserved a block of rooms. For more information visit the Sheraton hotel Toronto website

If you are not attending INTIX, but plan to attend the AV User Forum, you may also consider the Hyatt Hotel, which is located one block away from AudienceView's office in downtown Toronto, and offers a wonderful view of the CN Tower. For more information visit the Hyatt Toronto website
