AudienceView Announces New, Expanded Role for Industry Veteran Maureen Andersen
TORONTO, Ontario, Canada – January 18, 2012 – AudienceView Ticketing, a leading provider of advanced and flexible ticketing services to venues worldwide, announced today that the organization has promoted Maureen Andersen to the newly created position of Vice President, Arts and Entertainment. The promotion of Ms. Andersen is reflective of AudienceView's commitment to building and maintaining a strong and experienced management team to continue to deliver a superior solution in the dynamic ticketing industry.
Previously a Director of Business Development at AudienceView, Ms. Andersen was instrumental in a substantial increase in North American arts and entertainment market sales. In her new role, she will drive strategic initiatives within the North American arts vertical and identify partnerships in the industry to enhance product and client success. Ms. Andersen will also play a leadership role by creating and directing the activities of the North American sales team and by integrating account managers to successfully partner with clients on best practices and strategic initiatives to further drive revenue.

Prior to joining AudienceView in 2009, she served as International Ticketing Association's (INTIX) interim President, was a Senior Business Consultant at Paciolan, and spent 23 years with The Denver Center for the Performing Arts as their Director of Ticketing Services.
Ms. Andersen is a ticket industry veteran who has been an active member of INTIX for 27 years. Of her many accomplishments, Ms. Andersen is a frequent industry conference, seminar, and workshop presenter; served on the INTIX Board of Directors for 18 years including two terms as chair; and was awarded the Patricia G. Spira Lifetime Achievement Award Lifetime Achievement in 2006, as well as the Ticketing Professional of the Year and Box Office of the Year Awards. She also is the recipient of Northeastern Jr. College (Sterling, CO) Alumni Pathfinder Award and the AudienceView CEO Award for Outstanding Achievement.
