AudienceView selected as Ticketing Technology Provider by SeatLive Ticketing Services
TORONTO, Ontario, Canada – March 31, 2011 – AudienceView Ticketing, a leading provider of advanced and flexible ticketing services to venues worldwide, announced today that the company has reached an agreement with UK-based SeatLive Ticketing Services. SeatLive, described as the place for tickets online, currently provides its ticketing services to large travel operators and offers retail ticketing throughout the American Express Travel shop network in the UK (independently owned by Kanoo Travel Ltd.).
Although SeatLive is a new brand in the UK marketplace, the parent company, Freespirit Events, has more than 40 years of experience in the West End theatre market, providing hospitality and premium ticketing services to corporate clientele.
SeatLive selected AudienceView because the industry-leading ticketing technology will enable the company to expand its operations to provide bureau ticketing services for smaller venues across the UK. The feature-rich software will also give SeatLive the capability to ticket large scale festivals and events in an efficient manner. In addition, SeatLive's affiliate network sales will be enhanced, resulting in increased revenue for the company.
