TORONTO, Ontario, CanadaApril 12, 2011AudienceView Ticketing, a leading provider of advanced and flexible ticketing services to venues worldwide, announced today that the company has reached an agreement to serve as the ticketing technology provider for the Los Rios Community College District (LRCCD). The District is comprised of four colleges – American River, Cosumnes River, Folsom Lake and Sacramento City – across 2,400 square miles in the greater Sacramento, California area. The LRCCD enrolls more than 90,000 students at its four Colleges and is one of the five largest community college districts in the country.

The AudienceView Ticketing solution will initially be deployed at Three Stages at Folsom Lake College (Folsom, CA), and will be expanded to other venues (stadiums, arenas, theatres) and programs at the District's four colleges. Long-term plans also include providing ticketing and customer relationship management services to other arts organizations in the greater Sacramento area.

Construction has recently been completed on Three Stages, a $50 million regional facility dedicated to the performing and visual arts. The curtain went up for live performances in February 2011, with artists coming from around the world, and throughout the community, to the newest arts venue in the capital region. Funded by state and local bonds, with additional support from the LRCCD and donations to the Folsom Lake College foundation, the new performing arts center will be a beehive of activity with over 400 events annually.

The LRCCD will utilize AudienceView's fully-featured, white-label solution that enables them to control their brand, ticket fees and data, resulting in a superior patron experience and increased revenue. The AudienceView solution also features multi-venue capabilities and ticketing through an unlimited number of retail outlets, functionality that will allow the District to sell tickets at all of their venues across four college campuses.

AudienceView's best-of-breed fundraising and campaign management technology will be leveraged by the LRCCD to manage and accept donations on their website. The flexibility of AudienceView's powerful Campaign Management tool will allow the LRCCD to seamlessly manage their donor program that includes multiple ways to support Three Stages directly – such as naming opportunities for performance spaces, including their popular "Name a Seat" program, and tax-deductible gifts made directly to their annual Friends giving program.

"We considered a number of systems and AudienceView was chosen as the best fit for the greater LRCCD collection of venues, and Three Stages in particular, because of its flexibility and ability to deliver all of the ticketing, fundraising and CRM functionality we were looking for on one platform," said Dave Pier, the Executive Director of Three Stages at Folsom Lake College. "The solution is cost-effective and positions us well for the growth we anticipate as we add additional venues to the system and ramp up our fundraising activities. We have been particularly impressed with AudienceView's ability to deliver a state-of-the-art system with all the bells and whistles in a very short time frame. We have enjoyed working with the AudienceView team as we opened up our new facility."

"We are very excited to work with Dave Pier and his team and strongly believe that our technology aligns very well with their goal to deliver a top-notch user experience as they open up their new facility," said Jeff Koets, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at AudienceView Ticketing. "Our ticketing and fundraising technology allows them to control every aspect of the ticket purchase and giving processes, ensuring that all the needs of their patrons are met. We have no doubt that our solution will be well received by their customers and yield tremendous results."
