TORONTO, Ontario, Canada – December 5, 2011 – AudienceView Ticketing, a leading provider of advanced and flexible ticketing services to venues worldwide, announced today that the Leeds Grand Theatre and Opera House (Leeds, England) has selected the company to power their ticketing operations. Leeds will leverage AudieneView's powerful ticketing and content management (CMS) technology to standardize and centralize box office operations and the patron experience across their three venues, while maintaining the uniqueness of each property.
Under the agreement, the AudienceView solution will be used by three venues that are managed by Leeds Grand Theatre and Opera House Ltd: Leeds Grand Theatre and Opera House, City Varieties Music Hall and Hyde Park Picture House.
"We were extremely impressed with the flexibility of AudienceView's software from a venue configuration standpoint," said Amy Dutton, Head of Communications at Leeds Grand. "Operating more than one venue can present some logistical difficulties, but being able to utilize an application where we can manage both our website and ticketing using a single system is going to improve our internal operations tremendously. We are very much looking forward to working with AudienceView to improve our business, as well the experience of our patrons."
With AudienceView, the organization will utilize one fully-integrated solution to manage all ticket and website operations across each of their venues.
