Pechanga Resort & Casino Implements AudienceView
Toronto, ON - March 21, 2007 - Pechanga Resort & Casino has launched AudienceView's integrated ticketing and customer relationship management (CRM) system for its broad entertainment facility. Tickets are now on sale at the Pechanga Box Office, online, and at special kiosks around the resort property.
Using AudienceView, Pechanga is able to streamline ticketing operations across multiple venues while maximizing customer information to create the ultimate guest experience. Pechanga now has the industry-leading tools to successfully manage ticket sales, track customer data, and provide real-time access to information across the entire organization.
