Norwich Theatre Royal to Use AudienceView to Manage Ticket Sales and Implement Customer Relationship Management Strategies

United Kingdom, Norwich - June 13, 2006 - Norwich Theatre Royal announced today it will use AudienceView to manage ticket sales and implement customer relationship management (CRM) strategies across multiple sales channels with increased levels of service and choice.

Following a thorough market review, AudienceView's industry-leading, web-based integrated ticketing, CRM, and fundraising system was chosen to combine sales, marketing, membership, and fundraising activities across all communications channels, as well as help define strategy using its Business Intelligence analysis and reporting tools. Norwich Theatre Royal is currently fundraising for its 250 Appeal "1758 – 2008 The Next Act", a £10 million modernisation project, and will use AudienceView's campaign management and online fundraising capabilities to help manage the appeal.
