Churchill Downs Inc. Extends Agreement with AudienceView

Louisville, KY - November 4, 2005 - Churchill Downs Incorporated (CDI), one of North America's premier racing companies announced today that it has decided to extend their existing agreement with AudienceView as their corporate standard to provide in-house ticketing functionality for their racetracks including the flagship property and home to the Kentucky Derby, Churchill Downs.

CDI recently researched other ticketing solutions available in the marketplace and elected to remain with AudienceView. Its web-based integrated ticketing and CRM software offers the flexibility to provide for CDI's complex ticketing and operational needs.
