New Platform to Create Operational and Cost Efficiencies

New York, New York - November 15, 2005 - Broadway.com announced today that it has entered into an agreement with AudienceView to utilize its integrated ticketing and CRM software. Broadway.com and its sister entity, Theatre Direct International (TDI), are one of Broadway's largest ticketing outlets. The website (www.broadway.com) features original content relating to Broadway, off-Broadway and London shows, including video features, reviews, celebrity interviews, show synopses, cast bios, photo galleries, online ticket purchasing and more.

Broadway.com, TDI and their affiliate websites fulfill more than one million theatre tickets annually, both individually and combined with hotel and restaurant packages. Ticket and hotel package ordering and fulfillment occur through a complex proprietary combination of custom-developed operating systems and business processes. They will use AudienceView's to replace current systems, streamline operational efficiencies and reduce operating expenses.

Matt Kupchin, President of Broadway.com and TDI, said "After an exhaustive search of in-house ticketing solutions, we chose AudienceView because of the system's well-planned core features, sharp technology platform and the company's willingness to work with us to integrate other systems necessary for our unique business needs."

Mark Cohon, President and CEO of AudienceView said "This partnership with Broadway.com is another example of AudienceView's ability to provide flexible functionality to power high profile, large scale partners. We are extremely pleased to add Broadway.com to our growing client base and look forward to working with them to further expand our presence in commercial live theatres in North America and London's West End."
