Lowell Memorial Auditorium Will Move From Third Party Ticketing To An In-house White Label System

12/14/09 – Today AudienceView announced New England's Lowell Memorial Auditorium has chosen to move to AudienceView Ticketing. Until now Lowell Memorial Auditorium has outsourced their ticketing and they have decided to move to an in-house, white label system that will give them control over their ticketing operations. This historic Auditorium hosts concerts, Broadway musicals, sporting events and conventions. Bill Cosby, The Irish Tenors, Tom Jones, Melissa Etheridge, Bruce Springsteen and internationally acclaimed musicals, such as Cats and Fosse, have played to sold-out audiences at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium.

"We looked at a number of ticketing solutions and felt AudienceView could provide the best solution for us," said Peter Lally, General Manager from Lowell Memorial Auditorium. "We need to manage our subscription series and group sales and want to continue to grow our established base of loyal patrons. AudienceView provides customer relationship management tools that allow us to effectively grow and manage these groups. Also taking control of our ticketing gives us more control of our brand and allows us to leverage our established social networks on Facebook and MySpace. We look forward to bringing this new system to market."

"We are delighted to have been chosen by the Lowell Memorial Auditorium," said Jeff Koets, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at AudienceView. "They are a progressive venue that is constantly looking at new ways to grow and connect with their patrons. We worked closely with them to understand their business requirements and have demonstrated our ability to launch their new fully integrated web and online ticketing for their audiences."
