Each AudienceView installation is supported by a dedicated team. Each team headed up by an experienced project manager who is responsible for making sure your organization has a smooth transition to your new AudienceView System. Each team also has a business analyst who is responsible for training your staff on how to use the application and ensuring your system is configured to meet your business needs. Each of our business analysts have had years of experience in the ticketing industry. The installation team is rounded out by a deployment engineer who is responsible for getting the application up and running on your hardware or in our hosting environment.
