Easy to Use
The AudienceView application is designed to get your front line staff trained and selling tickets in a matter of hours, not days. Visual seating plans, easy to follow workflows, and quick searching capabilities make it easy for your staff to sell tickets, packages or process donations without having to make a huge training investment.
Secure
Access to the AudienceView application is controlled by a powerful user and user group security model. You are able to control user access down to the individual field level. Every time a record is updated or changed it is logged in the AudienceView audit tables.
Event Setup
With AudienceView you can easily set up events that take place in a 90,000 seat stadium or a 50 seat general admission venue. Venue plans, pricing templates, hold templates and best available templates can all be saved for reuse to make event creation quicker and less prone to error. For long event runs, you can create hundreds of events in minutes using the batch event creation tool.
Service Charges
AudienceView fully supports a wide range of service charge models. Service charges can be added on a per event, per ticket or per order basis as well as a delivery charge. Different sales channels can have different service charge plans.
Packages
In AudienceView, you can create a package out of any set of events on your system. Season tickets, mini packs, family packs or pick your own packs are all fully supported.
Merchandise
In addition to ticket sales and donations, your AudienceView application comes complete with the capability to sell merchandise. Each merchandise item can be setup to include multiple images of the item that can be seen in both the online and desktop version of the application.
Passes
AudienceView fully supports the setup and maintenance of passes. These passes can store multiple tickets and be used in conjunction with our integrated access control solution. Some customers use a single pass instead of season tickets.
