Multi Level Campaign Structure
In AudienceView gift campaigns are structured in a four level hierarchy. This gives your development staff the ability to get both a high level overview of your gift campaigns or they can drill down into the different levels to see how each fundraising activity is performing.
Membership and Benefits
Memberships and benefits can be automatically generated when a customer makes a donation to your organization. AudienceView will automatically calculate the membership level based on your configuration. Customer Benefits such as discount pricing, access to presales or preferred seat selection can be automatically added to a customer account as they move up the membership levels.
Tax Receipting and Recognition Letters
For jurisdictions where it is a requirement, AudienceView has a fully auditable tax receipting process built into the core application. In addition to tax receipts, AudienceView can also manage and produce recognition letters based on templates you design.
Solicitor Tracking
A solicitor can be assigned to each gift or pledge that is made by your customers. Detailed solicitor performance reports can be created with the AudienceView Business Intelligence tool.
