You being merchant of record means you'll be responsible in processing transactions (via one of our approved payment gateways).
  • As a merchant of record, credit card sales will go directly to your own bank account. You'll get access to your funds right away, without having to wait for the event to occur in order to receive a settlement.
  • You will have control over the description your customers see on their credit card statement, which will help to avoid friendly chargebacks and any other misunderstandings with your ticket buyers.
  • You will have full visibility on the processed, declined and refunded transactions.

Our services
As a global leader in the live events industry, we provide our clients with solutions designed to get your live events discovered, attended and remembered.
- Use of the AudienceView Professional solution.
- Use of the AudienceView Campus solution.
- Use of the AudienceView Unlimited solution.
- Vendor is merchant of record.
- Complimentary tickets included, up to a 1:1 ratio with paid tickets (per term year)
Donations, gift cards, merchandise and memberships are included in your fee.
- We collect all fees and charges for the preceding week's transactions via ACH debit from your business' checking account on a weekly basis, typically on Mondays. An ACH is a type of transfer where funds are pulled directly from your bank account.

Renewal term
Following the end of the initial term, this Order Form will automatically renew for successive 1-year periods, unless written notice is provided by either of us 60 days prior to the start of a renewal term.

Therefore, we have built in a nominal average annual rate increase of 4.5% (compounded each year), which your organization will see as a one-time 24% increase at the start of each renewal term. This average annual rate increase assumes a 3-year contract with a 3-year renewal.
To provide transparency and to help with your budgeting, we tell you up front what our rate increases will be (so there are no surprises).

Throughout the entire term of the contract, you will benefit from continuous product improvements and features at no charge to you. This constant innovation ensures you always have the right tools to succeed. Therefore, we have built in a nominal average annual rate increase of 4.25% (compounded each year), which your organization will see as a one-time 23% increase at the start of each renewal term. This average annual rate increase assumes a 3-year contract with a 3-year renewal.

For clarity:


  • If AudienceView is the Merchant of Record, this means that we will be responsible for taking credit card sales on your behalf, and we will settle net proceeds with you on a weekly basis, for events that have taken place. 

  • If you are the Merchant of Record, this means that credit card sales will go to your own bank account. To facilitate this, you will need to have a payment gateway such as Authorize.Net, PayFlowPro or Card Connect. If you already use one of these with Vendini (AudienceView Select), we will migrate it over during your upgrade.

You have received a promotional offer that waives your $200 monthly access fee for the first 3 years.
